Lister Park 029

This blog will tell you something about the city of Bradford, West Yorkshire where I live. It is not on any tourist trail and has been through a very difficult economic period. But it is close to the Yorkshire Dales, has a very rich industrial past and, I hope, a promising future. Most of my entries will deal with the city or my interests in bricks, archaeology and geology. Inevitably there will be personal rants reflecting my ‘grumpy old pensioner’ status. I will not say that Yorkshire and Yorkshire people are the world’s best, but  they are the ones the winners will have to beat in the final.

  1. ” Putting Bradford and bricks on the
map”. Can we have a blog on how to date a brick wall by the style of brick laying, please?
